Connie regularly exhibits her paintings in national and regional art competitions and she has received many top awards for her work. One of her drawings is included in the book, Strokes of Genius: The Best of Drawing, published by North Light Books. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Connie studied drawing and painting at the Art League School in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Washington Studio School in Washington, D.C. She continues her art education with graduate courses at Texas Tech University at Junction. Selected recent shows: 2009
